This watch was once called “Crepuscular Ray” by the client, due to the champagne-colored dial and the thousands of radial patterns on its surface, as well as the light and shadow effect conveyed by the watch as a whole.
DIAL
The key part that creates "crepuscular rays"
Nacreous & Champagne-colored
The watchmaker carefully embedded the mother-of-pearl material into the three-eye sub-dials, creating a color effect that changes like the sunset.
The champagne-colored dial seems to restore an “Old Money” temperament. If you look closely, you will find thousands of neat radiating lines on it, forming an elegant metallic satin surface.
Clous de Paris
GRID-LIKE LIGHT
The bezel is lined with three layers of quadrangular cone-shaped "Clous de Paris" guilloche patterns, which require precision operations by professional watchmakers using hand-cranked machines, ultimately presenting a unique, grid-like light and shadow effect.
